Garmin Vector 2S Pedal-Based Power Meter - 40-4278 - Accessories sku

Garmin Vector 2S Pedal-Based Power Meter - 40-4278 by Garmin

Item description: This Accessories Cycling Computers / Heart Rate Monitors product is by Garmin - Garmin Vector 2S Pedal-Based Power Meter. The power of the Garmin Vector pedal is now available for those looking for power on a budget, thanks to the new Garmin Vector 2S pedal-based power meter. The Garmin Vector 2S gives you most of the great features found in the Vector 2, but with only a left sensing pod. This gives you the power readings you want, but at a price that's friendly to just about everyone. The Garmin Vector 2S left pedal features a modular , replaceable power sensing pod on that offers a few great features. First of all, installation is now a lot easier, since the pod now installs after the pedal. That means you just install the pedal on to the crank like you normally would, then you attach the pod afterwards--allowing you to perfectly position and calibrate it. This modular design almost means that you can upgrade the system in the future as new pods are released. This means that the upgrade cost for a new or replacement power meter is much less than for other systems. The right pedal is a standard Look-style pedal without a power meter attached. The Garmin Vector 2S gives you Garmin's CyclingDynamics, which not only tells you how many watts you're putting out, but it also shows you where in the pedal stroke you're applying your power (power phase), where on the pedal you're pushing (platform center offset). It can even tell when you're sitting and standing, so you can really dissect the particulars of your training to make improvements. Includes left and right pedals. Only left pedal has power meter and pod... Learn More
