Item description: This Bikes Road Bikes product is by Eddy Merckx - Eddy Merckx Milano 72 Tiagra Disc Women's Road Bike - 2017. The Women's specific Milano72 Disc is named for Merckx's 1972 Giro d'Italia victory in which he won four stages and solidified his position as the preeminent grand tour rider of the day. For those who love to climb, the Milano72 makes an ideal climber. And because it has women's specific geometry, the Milano72 complements a woman's physique for comfort and efficiency. Whether your focus is endurance or high-performance, you'll find the Milano72 a capable performer. A Shimano Tiagra 10-speed hydraulic disc drivetrain and compact crankset (50-34T) deliver excellent ergonomic comfort, high performance and the celebrated Shimano precision and reliability. The Shimano RS405 hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, all-weather stopping power that puts the full power of the brakes at the touch of a single finger. The Fulcrum Racing Sport alloy clincher wheelset is wrapped with Continental Ultra Sport II 700x 25 mm tires. Finally, finishing hardware includes Italian designed Deda Zero1 handlebars, and Deda Zero stem and seatpost.
