Shipping Info
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We
offer free shipping on all orders $75 and over by UPS ground to the
contiguous 48 states. Express shipping is possible as well, but will
incur an additional charge. We strive to ship most US orders the same
business day that they are received.
Shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO\FPO boxes (as well as PO
boxes) will be done by USPS, but additional charges may apply due to
the higher costs involved. Further, an oversize charge may be incurred
for certain large items, such as trainers or framesets. Shipping may
take slightly longer for USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We
offer discounted shipping to all locations internationally through USPS
and UPS. Please check our shipping chart for more info. It may not be
possible to ship all products to all locations, due to size and weight
restrictions.
Please
note that the shipping times listed on the shipping chart are
APPROXIMATIONS ONLY. Some orders will arrive faster while some will
arrive more slowly. If you feel that your package has been lost, please
note that USPS will not begin to search for it until at least 30 days
after it has been shipped, and that the search process can take 60 days.
WE CANNOT REPLACE A SHIPMENT OR RETURN A PAYMENT
UNTIL USPS FINISHES THEIR SEARCH PROCESS.
Your credit card will be billed in US dollars and
your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the
current exchange rate.
Your local government will bill and collect from
you any necessary customs and duty charges, if they apply. Please check
with your local customs office for detailed information.
